Information you provide
Our quote form collects your name, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, ZIP code, and up to two optional headlight photos. We also record the request date, a reference number, and the page associated with your request. If you contact us by email, phone, or text, we receive the information you choose to share, including any appointment address or service details needed to arrange your visit.
Please keep faces, registration documents, full addresses, and other unnecessary personal information out of uploaded photos. The quote form does not collect payment card details or take payment.
How we use your information
We use your information to assess your headlights, respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, arrange and perform service, and follow up about your appointment or warranty. Sending a quote request asks us to contact you about that service; it does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and sharing
Our website and hosting providers process information needed to operate the site, store requests and photos, and protect the service. Email and phone providers also process communications you send to us. Quote records and uploaded quote photos are accessible through a restricted owner account rather than the public gallery.
When quote email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the customer name, phone number, vehicle details, ZIP code, request reference, and submission time to send an alert to our business inbox. Uploaded photos are not attached to these emails; they remain available through Owner Studio. Information included in an email may remain in our mailbox after the corresponding website request is deleted.
We may disclose information when required by law or when needed to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Photos and the public gallery
Uploading photos for a quote does not authorize us to publish them. We ask permission before publishing customer project photos. Gallery descriptions use vehicle details and a general location, not your contact information or street address.
Website information and cookies
Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to deliver and secure the site. To limit repeated quote submissions, the website uses a daily hashed identifier derived from your IP address. Old rate-limit records are removed as new requests are processed.
The site uses temporary browser session storage to remember the page from which a quote request was started. Hosting and owner sign-in services may use cookies needed for security and access.
Google Analytics is currently disabled on this site, and the site does not currently include a Meta/Facebook advertising pixel. If our tracking practices change, we will update this policy.
Keeping and deleting information
Quote requests and uploaded photos remain on file until deleted. Contact us if you would like to access, correct, or delete information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records needed for an active service or warranty matter, required recordkeeping, or a legal claim. Deleting quote photos removes them from our active quote storage.
